This price includes your luxury motorcoach, 2 nights lodging, 2 breakfasts, professional driver, gratuities for your hotel staff, luggage handing at both hotels, (luggage gratuities are not included at port side, nor is your gratuities for your bus driver included.) Deposit Reqirements:
1. a $75.00 per person deposit is due at sign up based on a double occupany cabin. Cabins containing 3rd & 4th guests require or requiring cabin assignments require a $ 275.00 per person deposit.
2. Your second deposit of $300 per person for those doing the cruise only package ($600.00 pp for motorcoach package customers)is due on or before August 1, 2010. Cabins containing 3rd & 4th guests are not required to make the second deposit.
3. Final payment is due on or before November1, 2010.
We highly recommend the purchase of cancelation insurance. Ozark Country Vacations & Cruises, their owners, employee's and family members are not liable for individual vendors such as cruise lines, airlines, shore excursion operators, etc. which may change, alter, delete, or change their itinerary in any way. Acts of God such as mechanical breakdowns, delays, cancellations due to weather or any other circumstances are not the responsiblility of Ozark Country Vacations & Cruises, Inc. of Branson, MO. Such acts, delays, cancellations shall be the responsibility of the individual traveler to provide coverage protecting their travel investment. Such insurance my be purchased by calling 417-335-2332. Payments and acceptance of travel on this voyage is a an agreement by individual passengers to accept the above regulations, and deem Ozark Country Vacations & Cruises, Inc. not liable and hold harmless for any losses including baggage loss, pilfeage, damage or any other personal items, delays, cancellations or changes which the individual traveler may incur.
